Important – Hot Weather Advice: Do Not Collect Your Blood Sample on a Hot Day

Due to the current hot weather and potential Royal Mail delays, please do not post your sample on days when temperatures exceed 25°C.

Please DO NOT place your sample in a roadside post box, as it may remain in the heat for an extended period, which could compromise the quality of the sample.

Instead, please take your sample directly to a Post Office if the temperature is 25°C or below, on the morning of the day of collection.

We recommend waiting until cooler weather if possible. These precautions help ensure your sample reaches the laboratory in the best possible condition for accurate testing.
